Stage 1

Applied

We’re excited to hear about your interest in GEEIQ! Once your application has been submitted, your profile will be shared with our team for review. 
Stage 2

Review

We're ready to review your application. If you’re a potential match, we’ll schedule time for an initial video chat with the Hiring Manager to learn more about your skills and experience. 
Stage 3

Video Interview

The Hiring Manager will be keen to hear about what interested you in the role at GEEIQ, as well as chatting through your background and experience. At this stage of the process, you can expect them to cover general questions such as salary expectations, potential start date availability and what the next steps look like.
Stage 4

Interview

If we believe you'd be a great fit for our team following your video interview, we’ll invite you to GEEIQ HQ for an onsite interview. 

This is an opportunity for us to delve deeper into your background and experiences so be prepared to share examples that highlight your skills and achievements. Your interviewers will be eager to learn more about your career aspirations, what draws you to GEEIQ, and the specific elements you're seeking in your next role. We also encourage you to come with any questions you may have, this interview is as much about you as it is about us! 
Stage 5

Final Interview

As the final step in our interviewing process, you'll have the opportunity to meet with our Co-founders and a couple more members of the team. 

We'll invite you back to HQ, where we'll get to know each other even more and explore how your background aligns with what we're looking for here at GEEIQ. And of course, we also want to make sure this opportunity aligns with what you're seeking in your next role!   Feel free to bring along any outstanding questions you may have for us. This interview is all about making sure it's a great fit for both parties.

Stage 6

Hired
