We’re excited to hear about your interest in GEEIQ! Once your application has been submitted our team, will review your application and profile. We’re grateful for the time you’ve taken to submit your application, unfortunately (we hope you understand) we cannot provide detailed feedback at the application stage, as so often it can come down to the amount of applications we had, and the strengths of the other candidates in the early stages of the process.

Interviewing at GEEIQ is conversational, in the endeavour to encourage you to be your true self during the process. This encourages natural answers and we always leave room for you to ask questions about the role, our team, the product or anything in general. Everyone you’ll meet will be super transparent about what it’s like here at GEEIQ. We are true believers in our ethos of - if you’re excited about us and the feeling is mutual, this fosters a harmonious working relationship which can only be a good thing!

Talent Interview 👋
Intro Call: After your profile has been reviewed, we’ll get in touch to book in a short intro call. This will be a video call. We’ll be keen to hear about what interested you in GEEIQ, your background, skills, ideal next step and what motivates you. We will also cover general housekeeping questions such as remuneration expectations, and what the next steps look like.

Onsite interview 😎
An open discussion assessing with our cultural values in mind (Innovation, Impact and Collaboration). This is in effort to ensure you’re comfortable sharing your professional work experience, achievements and how you like to operate in your role. Don’t forget to ask questions, this is a great opportunity for you to meet different people within GEEIQ!

Final Onsite Interview
Now that things are getting pretty serious and you’ve met with your potential new lead at GEEIQ, we’ll be keen to introduce you to the team. The interview panel you’ll meet will be diverse in capability, we generally ensure that we have a range of people involved in the process, including interviewers outside of the role’s immediate team.
