- Stage 2
Review
We're ready to review your application. If you’re a potential match, we’ll schedule time for an initial video chat with the Hiring Manager to learn more about your skills and experience.
- Stage 3
Video Interview
The Hiring Manager will be keen to hear about what interested you in the role at GEEIQ, as well as chatting through your background and experience. At this stage of the process, you can expect them to cover general questions such as salary expectations, potential start date availability and what the next steps look like.
- Stage 4
Interview
If we believe you'd be a great fit for our team following your video interview, we’ll invite you to GEEIQ HQ for an onsite interview.
This is an opportunity for us to delve deeper into your background and experiences so be prepared to share examples that highlight your skills and achievements. Your interviewers will be eager to learn more about your career aspirations, what draws you to GEEIQ, and the specific elements you're seeking in your next role. We also encourage you to come with any questions you may have, this interview is as much about you as it is about us!

As the final step in our interviewing process, we'll invite you back to HQ, where you'll have an opportunity to showcase how you apply your expertise in a practical setting through an presentation task. This allows us to assess your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to communicate information effectively.
